We should all just do what makes us happy
Someone recently told me that I am good at living. “You really know how to live a life, Mary,” she said. To me, that was an even greater compliment than the “I admire your independence” I’ve heard from a senpai.
I think to live free is to abide by our own principles.
But perhaps we don’t have to make things so final and absolute. Perhaps it’s better if we can let go of all the musts, what ifs and buts, and just breathe.
I think we should all just do what makes us happy.
