Positive vs. Negative versions
Spent a nice, chill weekend with a visiting friend and I’m feeling content. Not gonna write a whole thing today, but I wanted to note this down.
There’s a difference between:
🥺 Going to bed at 4:30 am because you spent the day/night doing things you don’t find meaningful, and you’re burnt out but not ready to face the idea of a new day on the other side of your slumber.
Vs.
🥹 Going to bed at 4:30 am because you spent the day/night on things and connections that are meaningful to you, and you’re willing to sacrifice your sleep for more of that magic. *
*But if this happens too frequently it could be detrimental to your health, which takes away the magic
